Every day we each experience challenges. My new ones a are “little” different from the ones that I experienced prior to today. I use to run around like a chicken with my head cut off. From here to there and then back again. Everyday was the same. My mind was always filled. Days would fly, months would jet and years passed quickly. I can remember saying daily where did last month go??????????? One invaluable lesson that I’ve learned on my journey thus far is that you must take time to breath every day. It is crucial that you find away to carve out time for meditation, exercise (even though I hate it) and to love on and appreciate your husbands, wives, children, parents, siblings and other important people in your lives! Time is the same whether you are here or there. There are 24 hours in a day, 365 days in a year and 12 months in a year. This is constant. Our perspective of time is what changes things. We all have a pre-destined span of years that God has ordained for us. No more and no less. Therefore, we must pray and ask God for our individual purposes. We all have a purpose. Sometimes we wonder what that purpose is. If you mediatate, listen and ask God to show you your purpose the road to your purpose is clearer. This period of respite has slowed me down and has forced me to focus on my mission and journey. There are things that I have been promising to do for years that I never did because of my self-imposed BUSY schedule! Now God has given me a FORCED period where my freedom and liberty is controlled and I have no other choice but to focus on my mission or go STIR CRAZY! I choose to FOCUS on what I should have already done. So don’t be like me take the time out to pray and meditate on God’s will for your life daily. Ask for guidance and direction so your mistakes and time wasting activities can be minimized! My change is daily and it begins with baby steps. I wish there was a way for me to pray, dream or otherwise make this time go away faster. But I can’t! I’ve got to live through each day. Growth, change and restoration comes in baby steps. Everyday I’m able to look back and see the progress and movement of time. I am grateful and blessed that God allows me to see that time moves and before I know it I will be back home a better, stronger and more focused woman of God.

Until next time!
