Top 10 things you can do to help a loved one or friend who is in prison

#7 Pray for your loved one or friend. That’s all…just pray for them.

If you want to pray for something specific, pray that he or she will find people to surround them self with who can be trusted with their safety and also with their emotional challenges. Prison is a battle that is won in the mind. It is easier to conquer the physical aspects of survival than it is to overcome the mental extremes.
