Another personal best, this morning I finally reached my goal of ten miles. From 8:20a.m. till 9:53 I ran forty laps around the track, that’s ten miles in 1 hour and 33 minutes. I continue to push myself harder each day to reach my goals. Striving to set out and accomplish something is more gratifying then any drug I ever used on the street. I continue to impress myself, reaching achievements in life that I never thought were possible after all that I had done to myself in the past. I never lose the motivation to do better and it certainly pays off. I’m finally beginning to love myself again.
