Every Monday through Friday at 3p we have mail call. It’s always a great day to have your name called. Correspondence from the outside world is a lightning bolt of positive energy for me.
I’ve been extremely blessed to have many friends and family continually sending me books. With an abundance of time, having a well stocked library is a great thing.
Today i completed reading my 200th book since my arrival last June. I’ve read a wide variety of books including science fiction, self help (I’m in prison, clearly i needed a lot of self help reading 🙂 marketing, technology and history.
I’ve pretty much forgone the TV room in trade for reading. It’s been really fun getting back into reading on a regular basis. I’m looking forward to keeping it up when I get home as i find more books I want to read each week then I am able to read.
