On the 22nd of September the juveniles convicted as adults are all being shipped out of here to another prison somewhere in Ohio. Many of the inmates and even a couple of guards are saying that this is probably why they decided to drug test the entire prison and I'll tell you why they think this. The area in which they keep the juveniles is another building, a large area that will hold a few hundred more inmates. So they're saying that the juvenile building will be used as a temporary hole for the men with dirty urine screens. This will enable the prison staff to bring in new inmates and filter them throughout the compound in place of where the inmates in the hole once lived prior to getting in trouble. Is this true, I have no idea, yet more and more often I'm starting to understand that many of the rumors that get passed around prison often hold a bit of truth.
