I'm so upsett right now that I can't even think straight! The officials that work for and represent this prison continue to feed me lie after lie. After the unit caseworker told me that I was found not guilty of this urine screeining, I imediately filled out a kite requesting for a transfer to Banneker, the honor dorm. Well just yesterday afternoon the gaurd on duty relayed a message to me from the seargent that oversees the honor unit in response to my kite. She told the gaurd to tell me that I was not cleared of this urine screen charge and that it is in fact still on my record. I was confused and also livid, not believing what I was hearing from the gaurd, knowing that something wasn't right, but hoping that the wrong was in my favor. We were all locked down for count when the gaurd came to my cell to tell me the news, this gave me enough time to calm down a bit and think more clearly. After count cleared I went to the caseworker's office to find out the facts, he looked my prison information up on the computer once again, but this time he told me something different, he told me that my case only says 'not guilty' because it's still an open case and there hasn't been a final decision made, until that decision is made my case will continue to say 'not guilty'. This is no mistake on my part, I was very clear and concise when asking this man specific questions about my case, he carelessly blew me off, telling me a lie to get rid of me and leave him alone, he did the same thing with me again this time around when speaking with him. I asked him the first time why I was found not guilty, he told me it was the warden's decision and that there was no other specific information aside from being cleared of the charges. This was just another one of many lies I've been told by this corrupt prison that holds me. I'm just at another loss for words. All I can say is that I will continue to fight until this undeserved black mark on my record is removed for good....
