I had the privilege of lecturing last month at Allstate Insurance's headquarters in Northbrook, IL. I began interviewing for this event in late 2013. I really admired the deliberateness and vetting process that Allstate went through in selecting me. More than any other company I have ever visited, I think Allstate embodies an ethical culture that resonates throughout the organization. They do more than simply post platitudes post on the wall; it's clear they follow through with their actions, not words. I appreciated the publicity for the event including the photos that I attach.
