This morning I noticed it was a beautiful almost full moon, I must have missed it from yesterday due to the rain. But it was a great sight to see the moon going down in west and the sun going up in the east. Sunrise this morning was beautiful, clouds, blue sky's and orange colors, just fantastic. The track was covered in poodles and muck but as the sun came up I could envision the water going up into the sky as the poodles began to dry. Overhead the geese were heading south in their beautiful V formation, the season transitioning into fall, just a wonderful beautiful morning. It always lifts my spirits to be able to walk and see the beauty we're surrounded by and a part of. It's really the best part of the day. It gives me the time to reflect and think and plan for the day, the week and the months ahead.

hopefully getting it done next week and focusing on building myself back up

as you know the weather is turning for the worse and oh how i enjoy darkness at 4.30 !
looking at yankee and baseball off season moves
gardner is trade bait and yankees seem to be laying low looking at some guys unde the radar,
i assume they cant let the mets win over any new fan base and will put a very competitive team on the field
hang in there bud
1/2 way home !!
At last I got email notice of your posting! Yes nature does give one a sense of the bigger picture. Keep walking and hope the weather will allow you to continue the journey. When I lived in Tucson I did a weekly desert hike. That’s one of the big things I miss about living there. Enjoy it
