Last night was the first performance of our prison play "FOOL". The house was packed, standing room only in the prison chapel. (I am serious, what else does a prisoner have to do on a Tuesday night at Jesup FSL?). The production went well with only minor mishaps. The mishaps really didn't matter since the play is a comedy, and they simply added to the humor. Everyone seemed to have a good time. I played a witch who dispenses evil potions to assist in the restoration of the English Crown. I did not see any Hollywood talent scouts in the audience but my acting skills have been honed to the highest level. I am certain that I have a back up career in the arts if my post prison employment plans fall apart. (LOL). We have another performance on New Year's Eve. This will cause me to miss part of the College playoff game between Michigan State and Alabama. (Go Green). However, the show must go on.

I am pleased that Christmas is over. It is not a happy time behind the fence. I look forward to the New Year! Each day that passes, I am one step closer to the door.
