Since I'm winding down my stay here at Camp Fed I thought I would share the proper shower technique with my readers and for anyone who is about to enter the system. Most importantly, Rule #1 you MUST always have on shower shoes, do not ever let your bare feet touch the floor of the bathroom or shower stalls, EVER. #2 You must ALWAYS undress in the stall, NEVER undress outside of the stall, likewise the reverse, which is #3. #4 try not to touch the sides of the stall or the door with your body or hands, try very hard. #5 Try not to look at the inside of the shower or the floor, this can lead to instant nausea and revulsion and you could giveback your most recent meal. #6 try to shower at a time in the day that the showers are not busy, less people means more time for you. #7 When toweling off try not to have towel touch sides of the shower or door and NEVER let the towel touch the floor, NEVER. #8 If you drop anything on the floor leave it, especially soap, it hits the floor leave it. #9 Don't dawdle, do your thing and get out, more time spent in there the more chances of getting something.
#10 Always mind your own business, always! #10 Try to imagine your somewhere else, if the water is hot and you have a few moments it can relax you. I hope this is a help.......
