the compound is buzzing with speculation about the closing of private facilities. it certainly seems counter intuitive to have a for profit prison system as it requires a constant flow of inventory to remain profitable. there are rumors swirling that we will be moved in the next week however I give it as much credence as the rumors last year that we would be getting out under the prison reform bills that never came to fruition. I'm willing to bet I'll be staying put until my release in December.
